April has owned and operated two successful licensed homecare agencies encompassing hospice, home health, and provider assistance services and has played a key role in opening and managing more than 20 additional healthcare agencies across Texas. She has extensive experience in licensing, credentialing and regulatory preparedness.
With a strong focus on quality, April is dedicated to ensuring that every organization she leads meets and exceeds the Standards and Conditions of Participation required to operate in the state of Texas. With a deep understanding of state regulatory requirements including building codes, ADL standards, and business occupancy guidelines Bill has successfully led multiple facilities.
His experience extends beyond compliance and infrastructure. Bill is highly skilled in staff training, talent selection, and organizational development, consistently implementing strategies that elevate both resident care and overall patient satisfaction. His leadership is grounded in operational excellence, regulatory integrity, and a commitment to creating safe, supportive, and high-quality living environments.
